Harlow Town Centre, Essex
Harlow Town Council approached us to design a wayfinding Totem system put together using hidden fixings, whose component parts are inter-changable and the graphics can be easily updated, as and when.
After putting forward several proposals, the selected design, colours and artwork was agreed along with keeping the directional information to be kept generic.
The Totems consisted of a welded steel frame, clad in powder coated fabricated aluminium and aluminium extrusion along with 6mm thick clear toughen glass display and reverse applied digital print vinyl graphics.
The signs were installed directly into the ground and concrete in, followed by the groundwork reinstated.
Harlow Town PARK
Following on our success with Harlow Council Town Centre Signs, our details were passed onto the Council Park team, who wanted us to assist them to design, supply and install Highway regulated directional signs for those wanting to find and visit the Town park.
After conducting a survey and feasibility study, the locations, size and content of the signs were agreed to enable them to be fitted onto existing posts.
The result of the production and installation of the signs, is an increase in attendance and awareness of the park.
